The Cathedral Center offers a food pantry for low-income seniors. Supplemental grocery items are provided to those who may be on fixed incomes, widows(ers), unemployed and working poor experiencing a crisis. Emphasis is placed on treating everyone with dignity and respect.
Approximately 268 participants and their extended families are served each Monday.
- All guests must schedule intake appointment at Cathedral City Senior Center
- Must have proof of residency in Riverside County
- Must have photo ID
- Documentation of household income: SSA/SSI benefit award letter, unemployment notice, check stub, etc.
- Persons who do not meet income or age (65+) guidelines cannot be served.

How to Apply
Eligible seniors must preregister by phone. An intake appointment will also be scheduled at the Cathedral Senior Center. After preregistration, guests may walk in during the scheduled date and time to receive food. For additional questions, call 760-321-1548.
