Centro Medico Oasis is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) serving indigenous populations and the farming community of the eastern Coachella Valley. Areas of practice are family medicine, pediatrics, and women's health. Services include:

-Well child exams
-Family planning
-Cancer screenings
-Tuberculosis testing
-Dental screenings and preventive services
-Comprehensive perinatal services
-Laboratory services
-Health education
-Nutrition counseling
-Application assistance for Medi-Cal, Healthy Families, Family PACT, Every Woman Counts (EWC), and CHDP

-BCHF clinics accept the following insurance plans: Aetna, Anthem, Blue Cross, Blue Shield, Cigna, Humana, Care First, Community Health Group, Health Network, IEHP, Pacificare PPO, Tricare,Tri West, United Healthcare. Benefits and coverage may vary by plan. BCHF generally accepts HMO plans only unless assigned to the clinic. For more information on insurance and payment, call 760-397-2501.

How to Apply

Call 855-436-1234 to schedule an appointment. Walk ins are accepted for primary care services: wait time is contingent upon medical urgency and availability of providers. Specialty visits are by appointment only.

You must bring the following for all appointments:

-Insurance card or Medi-Cal Card (if applicable).
-Immunization record
-All medication bottles of current medications, including any dietary supplements and/or vitamins.
-ID for proof of residence (if uninsured)

Please complete the patient registration packet prior to your appointment and bring it with you, or arrive early to complete the forms before your appointment. Forms are available in English, Spanish, and Arabic.
