-Health care, including dental care
-Mental health screening and counseling
-Housing and home loans
-Case management and care coordination
-For returned troops from Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF), Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF), and Operation New Dawn (OND).

How to Apply
Apply in person at the Loma Linda VA Ambulatory Care Center. Walk into the Eligibility Department during business hours You will meet with a staff member one on one and receive a decision of your eligibility for benefits the same day. Please bring the following:
-Discharge paperwork (DD-214) if it has been issued or Deployment Orders
-Driver's license or military ID
-Prior year's income information
-Insurance card(s) for any private health insurance
-Birth date of all dependents (spouse/ children)
-Social security numbers for all household members
To apply by mail, complete the online application and sign the printed copy. Mail the application and a copy of your DD214 to: VA Loma Linda Ambulatory Care Center Eligibility (136-161), 26001 Redlands Blvd., Redlands, CA 92373.
Eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis. Limited information about eligibility is available by phone, so if you have questions, it is best to meet with Eligibility Department staff.
