Nutrition services are provided in client's homes. Services include free meal delivery 5 days per week, nutrition information, and health promotion education. In addition, the Journey to Nutrition program offers field trips for homebound seniors to purchase healthy foods while learning how to save money at the grocery store.
-For residents of the following reservations: Pechanga, Morongo, Cahuilla, Santa Rosa, Torres-Martinez, and Soboba, or adjacent communities.
-Services are available to the following: seniors age 60 or older who are homebound due to disability, illness, or isolation; spouses of homebound seniors; a disabled person who lives in the same residence as a homebound senior.
