The Eye Clinic at RSBCIHI specializes in the treatment, diagnoses and management of eye diseases and disorders. The clinic also has an optical center.
-For members of the following ten tribes: Agua Caliente, Cahuilla, Morongo, Pechanga, Ramona, San Manuel, Santa Rosa, Soboba, Torres-Martinez, and Fort Mojave.
-For residents of Riverside and San Bernardino Counties.

How to Apply
Accepting new eligible RSBCIHI patients. To register for services, must provide the following:
- Proof of American Indian
- Social Security Card
- Proof of address
- Insurance information (if applicable)
Call the local clinic site to schedule an appointment.
Walk-in appointments available for emergencies.
No appointment needed for picking-up glasses or contacts but must arrive 15 minutes prior to closing time.
MediCAL: Eligible for up to $25.00 frame and single vision or flat-top bifocal lenses. All upgrades (progressive or transition lenses) will require patients to pay for full amount including frames.
MediCARE: Only covers lenses one time after cataract surgery per eye.
Private Ins: Receipt given to patients to be submitted themselves to insurance for reimbursement.
Private Insurance: Receipt given to patients to be submitted themselves.
Morongo Insurance: Contract Care patients to bring in insurance card for our billing department Direct Care patients to be given a receipt to self-submit.
