The Eye Clinic at RSBCIHI specializes in the diagnosis, treatment, and management of eye diseases and disorders. The clinic also has an optical center providing comprehensive eye exams, glasses, and contact lenses.
-For members of the following tribes: Agua Caliente, Cahuilla, Morongo, Pechanga, Ramona, San Manuel, Santa Rosa, Soboba, and Torres-Martinez.
-For residents of Riverside and San Bernardino Counties
-Medi-Cal recipients are eligible for up to $25.00 frame and single vision or flat-top bifocal lenses. All upgrades (progressive or transition lenses) will require patients to pay for full amount including frames.
-Medicare recipients: Lenses are covered one time after cataract surgery per eye.
-All clinics are wheelchair accessible.
-Morongo Insurance: Contract Care patients, bring your insurance card for the billing department. Direct Care patients will be given a receipt to submit for reimbursement.
-Those with private insurance will be given a receipt to submit for reimbursement. The clinic does not bill insurance directly.

How to Apply
Call your local clinic to schedule an appointment. Walk ins are accepted for emergencies only.You must provide the following documentation:
-Proof of American Indian tribal membership
-Social Security Card
-Proof of address
-Insurance information (if applicable)
No appointment is needed for picking up glasses or contacts, but you must arrive at least 15 minutes prior to closing time.
