Desert Hot Springs Community Health Center - Main Campus is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) offering primary care for Coachella Valley residents of all ages. Areas of practice are family medicine, pediatrics, women's health, and behavioral health. Services include:

How to Apply

Walk ins are accepted for urgent care only. Routine and specialty care are provided by appointment only. Call 760-676-5240 to schedule an appointment. Wait list may apply. You must bring the following for all appointments:

-Insurance card or Medi-Cal Card (if applicable).
-Immunization record
-All medication bottles of current medications,including any dietary supplements and/or vitamins.
-ID for proof of residence (if uninsured)

Please complete the patient registration packet prior to your appointment and bring it with you, or arrive early to complete the forms before your appointment. Forms are available in English, Spanish, and Arabic.
