Oasis Behavioral Health provides services for adults and transitional age youth (TAY) with chronic and/or severe mental illnesses. The agency consists of programs offering distinct and intensive mental health services and community-based support.
Oasis' Integrated Services and Recovery Center (ISRC) provides TAY (ages 16-25) with individual and group counseling, case management, medication management, crisis intervention, and job counseling.
Mentors devote a few hours each week to sharing everyday activities with youth such as shopping, going to movies, attending community events, and participating in recreational sports.
Oasis Peer Support & Resource Center (PSRC) is a peer-run program. The PSRC provides RCDMH consumers with resources ranging from employment assistance, computer skills training, independent living skills, and substance abuse programs. The PSRC operates in three separate locations throughout the Desert Region of Riverside County (Banning, Blyth and Indio). Services are provided to both TAY consumers (ages 16-25) as well as consumers ages 25+. Membership is open to current or former consumers of RCDMH services, their family members, and their supporters.
Oasis Vocational Center works in partnership with Mental Health service providers and Department of Rehabilitation (DOR). These programs assist consumers find, get, and keep meaningful community employment. Consumers participate in programs that provide vocational rehabilitation services to prepare them for employment.
